Workshop: W&I and title insurance in real estate transactions
Experts from Dual, together with lawyers from Wardyński & Partners, will discuss selected issues related to warranty and indemnity and title insurance policies. The workshop is focused on the main problems parties to transactions encounter, such as non-insurable risks, the underwriting spectrum, claims under policies, and quotations of policies.
