Grzegorz Wojnar practises corporate law and the law of capital markets. He provides corporate advice to companies, including on anti money laundering regulations.
He drafts legal opinions on reporting obligations related to capital market transactions, offering of foreign securities in Poland, and regulatory aspects of the operation of financial institutions (brokerages, banks, investment funds, insurance companies) and offering of financial products.
