We provided comprehensive assistance to Inkfish LLC (a marine science organization whose goal is to explore the oceans) on the acquisition of a leading custom luxury yachts manufacturer, Oceanco, including Polish aspects of the transaction and legal due diligence of the Polish company Aluship Technology Sp. z o.o.

We advised IVC Evidensia Poland on another transaction in Poland involving the acquisition of a veterinary clinic in Gdańsk operated by Gdańska Całodobowa Lecznica Weterynaryjna Zwierzyniec II S.C. Tomczak-Zabrocka, Chwojnowski, Chwojnowska.

We have once again advised Kartesia Management, a leading European specialist provider of capital solutions for small and mid-sized companies, this time on Polish aspects of financing for J.S. Hamilton Poland (a portfolio company of MidEuropa).

The investor obtained state aid in the amount of PLN 545,366,547.69, granted in the form of a targeted subsidy pursuant to the provisions of the Temporary Crisis and Transition Framework (TCTF), for the implementation of an investment project involving the construction of a copper foil manufacturing facility in Poland.
