Weronika Nalbert
adwokatWeronika Nalbert handles contractual, M&A and litigation aspects of competition and consumer protection law. She advises on merger control matters, anticompetitive practices, and the collective interests of consumers.
She is the coordinator of the firm’s ESG & Sustainability practice. She represents clients in administrative proceedings concerning greenwashing. She advises on adjusting business operations to achieve compliance with ESG regulations, including sustainability reporting.
She serves as an expert for the Climate Leadership programme carried out by UNEP/GRID-Warsaw. She has lectured at numerous Polish and international conferences, and is the author of publications on sustainable development.
