We advised Saab Kockums on a historic contract for submarines under the Orka program

We provided comprehensive legal advice to Saab Kockums — a Swedish submarine manufacturer and part of the Saab Group — in negotiating and concluding a contract for the delivery of three A26 new type submarines to the Polish Navy as part of the Orka program.
On June 29, 2026, in Gdynia, during Polish-Swedish intergovernmental consultations attended by Prime Ministers Donald Tusk and Ulf Kristersson, a contract was signed for the purchase of three Swedish A26 type submarines for the Polish Navy as part of the Orka program. The signing ceremony took place aboard the frigate ORP “Gen. Tadeusz Kościuszko” and was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and Swedish Minister of Defense Pål Jonson.

Górska, supported Saab Kockums at all stages of the process—from analyzing the tender requirements and bid terms, through comprehensive advisory services and negotiations with the Armaments Agency, to finalizing the contract terms.
