Barnes to acquire MB Aerospace

Wardyński & Partners has advised Barnes Group Inc. in the Polish aspects of its USD 740 million acquisition of MB Aerospace. Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz is serving as lead legal advisor to Barnes.
