Goldman Sachs sells Goldman Sachs TFI to ING Bank Śląski

Following the transaction, ING Bank Śląski—having previously acquired a 45% stake in 2019 via its subsidiary, ING Investment Holding—now holds 100% of the voting rights at Goldman Sachs TFI’s general meeting. Freshfields LLP acted as lead counsel to the seller, with the team led by Alexander Doorman.
