Korn Ferry acquires AMS

We advised Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) on the acquisition of UK-headquartered AMS from OMERS Private Equity. The scope of our advisory covered the Polish aspects of the transaction and the legal due diligence of AMS's Polish company: Alexander Mann Solutions Poland Sp. z o.o.

Korn Ferry is a global organizational consulting firm headquartered in Los Angeles. The firm's expertise spans Search, Talent & Organizational Solutions, and Workforce Solutions. Korn Ferry is also the Official Talent & Organizational Consulting Partner of the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles.

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in the United Kingdom, AMS is a global provider of talent acquisition and consulting services. AMS's 8,000 colleagues serve leading organizations across more than 120 countries, offering Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Early Careers and Campus Recruiting, Contingent Workforce Solutions, Consulting and Skills Creation.

Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, Korn Ferry agreed to acquire AMS for an aggregate purchase price of approximately £850 million (approximately $1.1 billion).

The firm’s work was supervised by Kinga Ziemnicka-Klebba.
