Maguin S.A.S. sold to Omnikon its entire stake in Maguin-Chełmża sp. z o.o., representing 100% of the company's share capital

We advised Maguin S.A.S., a French manufacturer of equipment for the sugar industry and comprehensive industrial solutions, on the sale of the whole share capital of Maguin-Chełmża sp. z o.o. to Omnikon, a global provider of comprehensive industrial solutions.

The transaction was definitely completed in a single-stage structure on 7 August 2026.

Maguin-Chełmża sp. z o.o., active on the Polish market since 1989, is a production facility specialising in the manufacture of equipment for the sugar industry as well as steel structures made of carbon and acid-resistant steel for clients across various sectors.
