Among other matters, we have recently advised:

• A foreign bank on the process of establishing an outsourcing services centre

• On outsourcing involving processing by a credit bureau of information subject to banking secrecy regulations as well as personal data
• On outsourcing of banking activities to a foreign company from the same capital group (compliance with banking, money laundering and data protection regulations)
• On outsourcing agreements with banks involving personalisation of payment cards
• A borrower on hedging documentation related to a credit agreement for financing of an outsourcing centre, and in negotiations with the bank.
